When ready to order, please email me, birdie@one.net, in advance to let me know the items you wish to purchase. This allows me to place a hold or remove the items off the website so no one else can purchase the items until your check clears the bank. I will confirm your email and notify you when your items will be shipped.
Please send full amount due to address sent to you via email. Payment in full includes, all items purchased, shipping and handling costs (any taxes are included in purchase price). All purchases will be shipped Priority Mail (USPS), unless otherwise requested and paid by customer. Items/packages reach their destination in 2-3 days.
Payment can be made by money order, cashier’s check, or personal check*. Please make checks out to Lori Hess.
*Personal checks must have current phone number and address written. No Counter Checks accepted. A service charge of $30 for any returned checks. Writing insufficient funds check is punishable by law.

RETURN POLICY:
Any item that does not work for your needs or meet with your satisfaction can be returned for a refund. Notify me via email within one week of purchase for instructions on returning any items. Special order items are not returnable. Thank you.
